About the card processing fee
Because of the medications we supply, mainstream card companies will not work with us. The only way we can offer card payment at all is through a high-risk merchant account, and that account charges us far more than an ordinary card processor would — a large share of every order. In total that is considerably more than any other method, and we cover the rest ourselves, though we cannot absorb all of it. We cannot offer this convenience at a better rate at this time.
As a small family business we simply cannot absorb that cost, so when you choose the convenience of paying by card, the processing fee is included in your card total. You can see it above before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.
