You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. AZ.AI is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.
When you connect an exchange, you grant AZ.AI permission to execute trades on your behalf within the parameters you configure. You can revoke this access at any time. We never have access to withdraw funds from your exchange accounts.
AZ.AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for trading losses, exchange downtime, API failures, or any damages arising from use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in market manipulation, or attempt to compromise the platform's security.
